The Enhanced Order Export feature allows you to export complete order data directly from the Merchant Admin Portal. You can now include all available order fields, such as full tracking numbers, SKUs, and complete order dates, without row limitations. This upgrade enables more comprehensive reporting and faster analysis.
Things to keep in mind
The export pulls data based on the current filters applied in your order list view. Advanced filters (such as complex date ranges or SKU searches) may not be available yet. You can use the date range filters, and the exports will only be for those dates.
If your export contains more than one thousand rows, it will be processed asynchronously and sent to your email.
This release only supports Order exports. Product and Inventory exports are not yet included.
Export order data
1. Log in to the Merchant Admin Portal.
2. Go to the Orders tab and click Export.
3. In the pop-up box, select Export line items separately if you want each order to be in a single row. Then, click Next.
Note: The pop-up also shows the number of rows to be exported.
4. In the confirmation box, select the properties you want to include in your export, and click the Next button.
5. Enter the email address where you want to receive the export file. Click the + Add button to add additional email addresses. Once done, click on Start Export.
6. Check the status of your export under the notification icon on the top right of the portal.
7. Once the export is complete, go to your email and click Download Result to retrieve the CSV file.
