Your store now runs on Pipe17, which changes how orders sync, update, and process compared with your previous Order Fulfillment Guru (OFG) setup. This article explains the key information so you can manage orders smoothly, avoid syncing issues, and understand how fulfillment flows in your new setup.

Things to keep in mind

  • Orders assigned to the OFG location continue to be fulfilled if inventory is available, but no automatic tracking sync occurs.

  • Any edits must occur under the Portless location to avoid syncing issues.

  • Tags help you understand where an order sits in the fulfillment journey.

  • Processing times depend on both the hold delay in Pipe17 and the current Warehouse Management System (WMS) workload.

Previous OFG-assigned orders

  • Expect old orders still assigned to the OFG location to continue processing as long as all Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) remain in stock.

  • View last-mile tracking and order status directly in your Portal.

  • You may need to request assistance from our support to manually sync tracking data for orders tied to the OFG location, as it wouldn’t sync automatically.

Updating or editing orders

  • Assign any updated or edited order to the Portless location so it syncs properly through Pipe17.

  • When you edit an order still assigned to the OFG location, changes will not sync to Pipe17. To avoid this, reassign the order to the Portless location before editing.

Understand order tags and fulfillment status

Order tags and their fulfillment statuses guide your decision on whether you can modify an order. You may see the following tags on your orders:

  • portless_accepted - The order entered Pipe17 and is being processed to be sent to our WMS.

  • portless_sent_to_fulfillment - The order already transferred to our WMS and is being prepared for pick, pack, and shipment.

When to request order modifications

Contact [email protected] if you need to modify or cancel an order, such as an address update or cancellation. Note:

  • Pipe17 applies a hold delay of ten minutes. From assignment to release, the timing is approximately fifteen minutes total.

  • Order push time to WMS may take an additional five minutes, depending on order volume.

If you require a longer delay before release, our team can adjust the hold settings.
