Tracking Orders Using the Merchant Admin Portal

This article explains how to track orders in the Merchant Admin Portal, including where to find first-mile and last-mile tracking links and when updates become available.

You can track the progress of your orders through the Merchant Admin Portal. The portal provides both first-mile and last-mile tracking links so you can monitor shipping updates and share the right details with your customers.

Things to keep in mind

  • Last-mile (LM) tracking updates typically become available 24 to 48 hours after shipping.

  • First-mile (FM) tracking provides the most accurate status. However, do not share FM tracking with customers, as it may show the order’s origin (e.g., China or Vietnam).

  • For bonded shipments, please allow 2–3 days for order processing (provided stock is available in the bonded warehouse), plus an additional 2 days for the last-mile tracking number to generate.

Search for an order

1. Log in to the Merchant Admin Portal.

2. Go to the Orders tab and enter the merchant order number in the search bar. Note that you may also use the customer's name if the order number is not working.

Note: Beginning September 3rd, 2025, you can use the Shopify Order ID to retrieve order status. Orders prior to this date will use the Portless ID.

View the tracking information

1. Go to the Delivery section of the order.

2. Click the FM tracking link to view shipping updates on 17TRACK.

3. Click the LM tracking link to view local tracking once available.
