Key concepts/Terminologies

IOSS Required means that the order can’t be shipped because the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) number is missing or not provided. IOSS is a system used in the European Union (EU) to simplify VAT (Value Added Tax) collection on goods shipped to EU customers. When you ship low-value goods (usually under €150) to EU countries, customs need to know if VAT has already been collected. The IOSS number tells customs that VAT was prepaid at checkout, so they don’t charge the customer again upon delivery.
KYC means the order can't be shipped because the recipient needs to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This usually involves submitting an ID and other personal details required by customs in the destination country. For more information, see India Shipping Requirements.

Things to keep in mind

If the required information is not met, the Fulfillment Center (FC) flags the unshipped orders to our Customer Success (CS) Team. The CS Team will send you an outbound email detailing the issue and requesting the necessary information. Your prompt action is required to proceed with fulfillment.
