Your customers may need to update an order after placing it. Whether it is adjusting details or making changes, the ability to update depends on the order’s status. Here’s how you can quickly check if changes are still possible and what to do if you need to request a change.
Check if you can make order status changes
Orders that are already marked as Shipped or Delivered cannot be adjusted. However, if the order is still marked as Order Received or In Progress you can make order status changes.
Log in to the Merchant Admin Portal.
Go to the Orders tab.
3. Enter the order number in the search box. You may also use the customer's name.
4. Look at the order status:
If it shows order received or in progress, you can request a change.
If it shows shipped, changes are no longer possible.
