Manual order creation is available when system limitations prevent you from creating orders directly. We recommend creating orders on your end when possible so you maintain full visibility and control. However, if your system setup cannot support this, our Customer Support Team can assist.
This article explains how to submit a bulk order creation request and what to expect after you send it.
Things to keep in mind
If you expect multiple bulk requests, prepare all required order details ahead of time to avoid delays.
Always double-check your submitted information to ensure accurate fulfillment.
Submit your request
If you cannot place orders on your end, send your request using the Portless Order Import Template. In the template, you will need to fill out information such as customer name, order number, and other order information. You can locate this information in your e-commerce order management system.
Once complete, send a link or .CSV of your template to the Support team:

After you submit the request
After we receive your request:
You will get a confirmation message once the order is created and forwarded to the fulfillment center.
You will receive another email once the last-mile tracking number is generated. You can use this number to follow the order’s progress until it is delivered.
