Carrier network schedule

Normal: The carriers are operating at full coverage and standard transit times with no restrictions on pickup or delivery volumes.
Reduced: Network capacity is constrained, leading to potential transit delays.
Direct injection schedule
Finally, here is the schedule for our direct injection operations. For all merchants in our beta program for this carrier service, we will adjust your carrier mix to traditional shipping methods to ensure there is limited disruption (February 17th only).
Wholesale operations
Our wholesale operations are limited for the holidays between February 13 and February 24 with additional information on availability on February 9th. Our office staff is still available for any general or order-related questions on these dates:

Package factories schedule
Our packaging factories will close for the Spring Festival from February 12 to February 23. For any inquiries during this time, please contact Serena at [email protected].
Deadlines for Pre-Holiday Shipping: To ensure your shipment departs before the holiday, you must confirm all orders by the deadlines listed on the above calendar. We will process any orders placed after these dates once the factories reopen on February 24.
Post-Holiday Lead Times: Please anticipate longer lead times (+1-2 days) than usual immediately following the holiday. Temporary workforce reductions will impact initial production capacity; however, we expect to return to full capacity by February 24th.
